Research & Development
Research & Development department is the core of sample making. In general, there are 3 steps to follow:
- making samples according to the general ideas of customers
- Helping customers to design and make samples
- Developing new products by ourselves
the sample should be finished in 3 days except for those made of special materials or spare parts that need to make mold. We generally judge the sample schedule by the molding time .
Production Equipment
Major machines in the sewing department are as follows :
There are about more than 20 machines in this department, including Flat bed sewing machine. DY machine, zigzag sewing machine, special sewing machine, bottom sewing machine, multifunction machine, 4-needle machine, over lock machine twin-needle machine, grommet machine, knotting machine, computerizing machine, cutting machine, elastic stitching machine, la bang machine, computer templet cutter, leather skiving machine, long arm twin needle machine, needle detector etc .
Computering Machine
Can stitch various pictures, including shapes like circle, arc, irregular bend and herringbone etc
DY Machine
with the same functions as stitching machine, suitable for stitching two pieces of materials together, can properly avoid dislocation and distortion
Sewing Machine
Suitable for the most common line stitching, especially for smooth materials
Computerizing Templet Cutter
Used for new products development, computer drawing ,paper rip-stop shaping, precise, convenient and prompt in operation.
Elastic Stitching Machine
Used for stitching elastic strap.
Belongs to the beeline stitching, suitable for stitching irregular shaped products, such as cup-shaped edge, leather handbag edge etc.
Leather Skiving Machine
Used for truncating the leather rim
Needle Detector Machine (by Electromagnet)
Used to figure out the metal impurity, such as needle remaining
Multifunction Machine
suitable for stitching the normal material, with manual adjustable width by knees. Can stitch decorating lines
Over Lock Machine
used for the edge hemming. It can also stitch frills at customers' requests.
4-Needle Machine
A kind of special machine sews various elastic strap and webbing in the connecting point by four needles
Knotting Machine
Used for the opening and joint reinforcement and processing various ties
Grommet Machine
Used to punch holes and bind the eyelet buckles, nails or others
La Bang Machine
The needle and line are used for the edge binding and stitching of hard materials
Long Arm Twin-Needle Machine
suitable for large materials stitching, the stitch distance is adjustable according to the customer' demand by changing the needle group size
Bottom Sewing Machine
Suitable for the bottom stitching of the canister-shaped articles
