Fabrication Department
In December,2003, the sewing department was in full preparation.
In February,2004, the sewing was formally put into production, which together with the former label department formed the Fabrication Department.
This department currently owns the following workshops:
1. Sewing workshop
2.Computerizing workshop
3. label workshop
we plan to increase another 2-4 workshops.
There are 165 employees in the sewing department, with the monthly average production of 1073375 pcs. The monthly production of MP3 case and Sport supporters are respectively 1495000pcs and 380000pcs .
Research & Development
Research & Development department is the core of sample making. In general, there are 3 steps to follow:
1.making samples according to the general ideas of customers.
2.Helping customers to design and make samples
3.Developing new products by ourselves.
the sample should be finished in 3 days except for those made of special materials or spare parts that need to make mold. We generally judge the sample schedule by the molding time
